Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital (OH-APH) seeks a Pediatric Hematology Oncology physician to join our expanding team as Chief of the Division. Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at OH-APH provides family-centered, comprehensive care for infants, children, and adolescents with all types of cancer and blood disorders.

Opportunity for an academic appointment at the University of Central Florida. Our active pediatric residency program ensures close interaction with both medical students and residents.

Practice Highlights: Our clinical programs render expertise for our patients in the following areas:

  • Sickle Cell Disease
  • Hemophilia and Thrombosis through federally funded HTC
  • Hematologic Malignancies
  • Solid Tumors
  • CNS Tumors with comprehensive neuro-oncology program
  • Cancer Predisposition Syndromes
  • Childhood Oncology Survivorship
  • Neurofibromatosis Comprehensive clinics
  • Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapy
  • Experimental Therapeutics
  • Palliative Care

The clinical programs see approximately 150 new oncology patients and over 7,800 hematology visits annually and just recently performed our first 3 stem cell transplants this year.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatric Hematology-Oncology
  • Completion of an ACGME or AOA residency and fellowship
  • Unrestricted FL medical license (or the ability to obtain one) and DEA
  • MD/DO
