- Avg 13 patients per day
- Clinic: Monday-Friday; 8:30a-5p
- Clinic & Night call for weekdays, 24h call coverage for weekend dates requested.
REQUIRED:
- Board Certification
- WA & OR license accepted. Will accept IMLC license as well
COMPENSATION:
- Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
- Malpractice insurance provided
SCHEDULE:
- Day 7a-7p | Swing 12p-12a | Night 4:30p-4:30a & 7p-7a
