Describe Referral / Transfer Protocol (Include Name of the Referral Center and Distance from your Facility):  DCH has communication center. Referring hospitals contact communication center the communication center contacts ED MD to talk to referring hospital. 

Ambulance Response Time & Travel Referral Facility:  CH has NICU + ACLS + Transport team. DCH transport covers 27 counties in Ohio. Local EMS will transport patients from scene.

Air Ambulance Response Time & Travel Time to Referral Center:

DCH does not have air ambulance. Miami Valley Hospital will transport patients to DCH based on trauma acuity.
