Cross Country Locums is seeking a Board-Certified Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team in West Texas for a Locum Tenens role.
Patient Rate: 1.8 patients per hour
Facility Offers: Fast Track System
Electronic Medical Record System: Cerner
Trauma Level: None
Hospital Beds: 122
Emergency Department Beds: 13
Floor Codes: In place
Admitting Orders: Standard procedure
Admit Rate: 15%
ACLS: Mandatory unless dual boarded in Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine
ATLS: Proof of completion required at least once
PALS: Mandatory unless dual boarded in Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine
Evening (4 PM - 12 AM)
Overnight (7 PM - 7 AM)
Temporary Privileges Available: Yes
Application Process: Can proceed with pending license, DEA, or Controlled Substance registration
Commitment: Starting January, a minimum of 12 shifts per month
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days, applicants with a clean file preferred
