Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $240k - $310k
- Performance Bonus: RVU-Based Bonus Structure
- Sign-On Bonus: $20k
- Fellowship Stipend: $30k

Candidate Parameters
•BE/BC in Pediatric Critical Care
•Spanish speaking preferred by not required
•H1B vias candidates, O1 visa candidates, and 2026 J1 candidates are welcome
•Client agrees that if a candidate has a letter of intent from competing academic institution, TTUHSC El Paso will match the candidate’s faculty appointment as part of their offer letter.
•Assistant professor is entry level for Board Certified physician at TTUHSC El Paso. Lateral move in ranking will be honored as TTUHSC El Paso.
