Overview:
Clinity Talent is searching for qualified Pediatricians for one of our top Partners in the Phoenix, AZ area. All experience levels are welcome to apply.
Essential Functions:
• Provides direct patient care by obtaining medical history, performing appropriate physical examination, and creating an assessment and plan that may include ordering and interpreting labs, ordering imaging studies and developing treatment plan including referring to specialty care when needed.
• Administers or prescribes treatments and medications.
• Follows up and monitors patient’s progress throughout treatment plan.
• Documents the evaluation and plan of care.
• Provides patient education on a variety of health topics.
• Collaborates and consults with other in house allied health professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible.
• Current Arizona License
• DEA Certificate
• Current CPR Certificate
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in primary care
