Pathology Physician Locums Job in Texas | Starting March/April 2025 Ongoing

Locum tenens position for a Pathologist in Texas. Starts in March/April 2025 (or as soon as credentialed) and continues through at least July 2025. This is in a charming city known for its friendly atmosphere, beautiful parks, and a strong sense of community.

Job Requirements for Assignment:
* Texas medical license (or IMLC)
* Board Certification or Board Eligibility within five years
* Starts March/April 2025 (or as soon as credentialed) and will be minimally through July 2025
* Surgical Pathologist needed
* Seeking minimally 1-2 weeks per month however will consider up to fulltime
* PA Support available for grossing, Pathologists cut their own frozens
* MD Support up to 7 pathologists available
* 500+ bed facility
* Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
* 25-30 cases per day depending on the complexity
* EPIC EMR
* Upcoming retirement forcing the hospital to hire a locums pathologist
* GI biopsies, GYN benign/malignant, head/neck, lung, colon, GU
* If you need additional information, we have direct access to the lab's manager
