Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluations & Treatment: Conduct evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy for children with communication disorders.
  • Therapeutic Care: Work with a variety of conditions, including fine motor delays, sensory disorders, speech-language delays, hearing disorders, feeding disorders, and developmental delays.
  • Family Education: Educate families on therapeutic techniques to support treatment goals and foster a collaborative care approach.
  • Accurate Documentation: Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside teachers, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for each patient.

Qualifications:

  • Degree: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • License: Current Arkansas license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or completion of CFY.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in a similar role or equivalent education and experience.
