Cytopathology Position in Troy, MI Position Overview - Full-time pathologist role with expertise in cytopathology; candidates with additional pathology subspecialty expertise are encouraged to apply. - Board certification or eligibility from the American Board of Pathology in AP/CP or AP is required, as well as fellowship training in cytopathology. - Located at the Troy Campus, handling a robust annual volume: 150,000 surgical pathology accessions, 100,000 Pap tests, and 22,000 non-gynecologic/FNA accessions. - Academic and Training Environment: - Opportunities to contribute to a pathology residency program and fellowships in cytopathology, hematopathology, clinical chemistry, and blood banking. - Faculty appointment available. - Comprehensive hospital employment package including competitive benefits, retirement plan, malpractice coverage, paid vacation, and CME allowance.
