POSITION

  • HLA Lab is a well-oiled machine with necessary equipment and technology
  • Current faculty include 2 highly experienced, collegial and supportive MD Associate Directors
  • On-site, full-time position - Remote is not available
  • Negotiable: 85% Clinical Service including HLA directorship, 5% Instruction, 5%, Clinical Scholarship or Research 5% Professional Development
  • Service is currently taken 1 week at a time
  • Call is taken every 3rd weekend from home (1:3)
  • Guaranteed base compensation + annual bonus potential + relocation + CME

REQUIREMENTS

  • PhD Candidates:
    • F(ACHI)
    • Qualify as Laboratory Director, Technical Supervisor and Clinical Consultant for the subspecialty Histocompatibility, under the most recent revised CLIA regulations.
  • MD Candidates:
    • Eligibility for medical licensure in Kentucky
    • Board Certification in CP or AP/CP by the American Board of Pathology
    • F(ACHI) OR A(ACHI)
    • Qualify as Laboratory Director, Technical Supervisor and Clinical Consultant for the subspecialty Histocompatibility, under the most recent revised CLIA regulations.
