URGENT - New Locums Pathologist Job in North Carolina | Premium Rates | Clinic and Call Coverage

This is a great opportunity with one of our clients in North Carolina. We are contracted with a medical facility in search of a highly skilled Pathologist to assist with their coverage needs.

Details/Requirements for Assignment #105620:
» Active North Carolina license required
» Board Certified required
» Coverage: Monday – Friday; 7:30am-5pm
» Up to 2 weeks per month needed
» 24 hour call – weekly rotating basis for after-hour frozen sections and clinical calls
» Average Cases: 60 surgical, 7 non-gyn cytology and 5 FNA cases per day
» Types of cytology: Non-gyn cytology and FNA
» Support Staff: 3 other Pathologists on site, 3-4 histotechs, 1 cytotech and 3 prep techs, 2 PAs on site to gross and cut frozens, 1 PathSupport employee
» No transcriptionists; utilize Dragon voice recognition software
» No bone marrows
» EMR: EPIC
