Pathologist – Beautiful Reno-Tahoe

We are seeking dedicated, dynamic and skilled BE/BC AP/CP Pathologists to join our physician-led multi-specialty medical group as a member of our established and expanding Pathology team. You can expect a highly supportive leadership team committed to providing resources to keep patients as the center focus of care.

Position Details:

  • Full-time employed position with Renown Medical Group/Pathology Department
  • General Surgical Pathology Group.
  • Fellowship training in the areas of Breast, Gynecology, Dermatopathology, GI, Neuropathology, Pediatrics, Head & Neck, and Bone & Soft tissue are desirable.
  • Shared Call – Currently 1:7
  • Dedicated team of Pathologists and Pathologist Assistants
  • For those with external peer reviewed cancer related grant funding (e.g. RO1), consideration will be given to protected research time for up to 3 years.
  • Digital pathology implementation planned for 2025
  • Service to Renown hospitals – 800+ bed Level II Trauma Center
  • 18,000 surgical and cytology cases, 400 bone marrows annually.
  • EMR: EPIC
