- Practice Setting (Free-Standing Pathology Lab/Hospital-Based Pathology Lab): Hospital based
- Reason for Coverage: Gap in coverage, as other pathologist is leaving for another opportunity
- Dates of Coverage: Starting the end of June, ongoing
- Schedule (Shifts and Hours): Mon through Fri., 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Call Schedule: Weekly (alternate week), start at Friday 5:00 pm, finish at next Friday 8:00am
- Call Ratio: every other week
- What Type(s) of Certification Does Your Laboratory Hold (CLIA, CAP, etc.)?CLIA
- Approx. Number of Cases Read Per Day: 35-50
- What Will Be the Locum Tenen Physicians Responsibility for the Clinical Lab (Blood Bank, etc.)?Yes supervise clinical laboratory, need AP/CP certified pathologist
