Pathology Locums Job in Michigan - Ongoing Coverage
Dates of Coverage:
--Monday through Friday, 8A-5P
--Call schedule: nights and weekend rotation
--Weekly (alternate week), start at Friday 5:00pm, finish at next Friday 8:00am
Assignment Details #102642:
--Board Certification or Board Eligible required
--Active Michigan license required
--COVID vaccine required
--35-50 cases read per day; 1 Physician in group; 4 Histotechnologists
--Will be responsible for grossing your own specimens; will be cutting your own frozen sections on the Cryostat (Thermo Shandon)
--Supervise Clinical Laboratory, will need AP/CP certified pathologist
--Required Anatomic Pathology Procedures: Surgical Pathology, GI Pathology, GU Pathology, Neuropathology, Dermatopathology, Hematopathology (Bone Marrow, Lymph Nodes) Interpretation of Bone Marrow Aspirate/bx, Cytology, Autopsy
--Required Clinical Pathology Procedures: Hematology, Microbiology, Chemistry/Serology, Blood Bank
