This is a full-time on-site role for a Pain Medicine Physician. The Physician will be responsible for performing diagnostic evaluations and non-surgical interventional procedures, as well as managing patient care and treatment plans. The role will also involve working collaboratively with our team of physical therapists and rehabilitation specialists.

Job Responsibilities

Evaluation & management of musculoskeletal conditions

Order imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT)

Perform EMG/NCV

Prescribe PT/OT

Perform procedures such as peripheral joint injections (corticosteroids, viscosupplementation, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)), Neuraxial injections (ESI, MBB, RFA), Spinal Cord Stimulation trial

In-office procedural suite (C-arm, RFA generator, Ultrasound)

Medication management to include non-opioid medications

Qualifications

PM&R and Pain Management skills

Experience in Spine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Active and unrestricted medical license

Board Eligible/Certified in Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Experience with interventional pain procedures and EMR software (preferred)

Graduate from an accredited MD or DO program with an ACGME accredited Pain Fellowship Training

New York State License.

Working Hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday. ( No nights, no calls, no weekends.)
