- Specialty: Pain Medicine
- Requirement: Physician (MD/DO)
- Location: Oklahoma
- Job Setting: Outpatient
- Coverage Required: 05-01-025 - Ongoing
- Schedule: On-site clinical hours only
- Credentialing Timeframe: 45-90 days
- License: An active Oklahoma state license is required.
- EMR: Epic

- Other Details: The facility which is trauma level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 25 patients per shift. The schedule consists of three flexible days per week (8 AM - 5 PM), with two clinic days and one procedure day. The procedures include Sacroiliac Joint Injections, Lumbar and Cervical Epidural Steroid Injections, Thoracic Epidural Steroid Injections, Hip/Bursa Injections, Shoulder/Suprascapular Injections, Genicular Nerve Blocks/Knee Injections, Cervical and Lumbar Transforaminal Epidural Steroid Injections, Radiofrequency Ablations (mostly Cervical and Lumbar), Medial Branch Blocks (Cervical and Lumbar), Trigger Point Injections (no imaging), Botox for Migraine, Peripheral Nerve Blocks/Ablations, and PRP Injections (not done currently but available). The ratio of new to established visits is at the discretion of the provider and can vary—half days, one day for new patients and one for established, or a mix. The current patient mix leans more toward established, though the balance shifts month-to-month. Incoming referrals keep new patients on the schedule, with follow-ups typically two weeks after injections. The provider's comfort and efficiency in managing patient flow will determine how many new and established patients can be seen on any given day.
