- $500,000 to $600,000 Base Salary, negotiable depending on experience

COMPANY PROFILE:
This hiring organization is a growth-oriented healthcare group currently expanding throughout the state of Texas. They specialize in helping patients recover from injuries in a variety of capacities, including car accidents, construction injuries, and workplace injuries. Their services include, but are not limited to, orthopedics, neurology, pain management, chiropractic care, orthotics, rehabilitation, nutrition, weight loss, and more. They currently boast a team of more than 20 providers who are supported by dedicated clinical and administrative staff members. They are hiring due to the opening of a new office.


POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new physician will play a pivotal role in the care of patients, diagnosing and treating various injuries and related issues. The practice's collaborative approach involves working with a diverse multidisciplinary team, including chiropractors, neurologists, orthopedists, and behavioral health providers, among others.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- performing standard interventional pain procedures
- conducting thorough medical examinations and assessments
- working with a focus on evidence-based care
- diagnosing and treating various injuries
- developing and implementing patient care plans
- prescribing medications and treatments
- documenting patient histories, examination findings, and treatment plans
- collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
- educating patients about their medical conditions and treatment options


Overall, the expectation of the new physician will be to prioritize interventional pain management over the administration of medications.

The exact details of the position (daily patient volume, length of appointments, etc.) are negotiable and will be collaboratively decided between the practice and the physician. As this is a new location, there is some flexibility in the initial role.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Texas medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified; preferred areas are PM&R, orthopedics, spine, etc.
- 2+ years practice experience preferred, not required
- current fellows graduating in 2025 are encouraged to apply
