- Yuma, Arizona (occasional coverage)
Please note that this is a part-time role on a flexible schedule, with most shifts at the Tucson office. The practice would like the new physician to be flexible to occasional travel to Yuma, where they have a satellite office, to provide as-needed coverage.
COMPANY PROFILE:
This privately-owned organization employs more than 50 physicians across multiple specialties, along with a dedicated team of advanced practitioners, administrators, and clinical support staff. Their teams serve patients suffering from injuries, providing compassionate, high-quality care in convenient, comfortable settings. They are currently seeking new physicians to join them due to growth.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new physician will primarily work in the Tucson office, with occasional shifts in Yuma when coverage is needed.
The practice is multi-speciality and their full services include:
- PM&R
- neurology
- orthopedic surgery
- spine surgery
- general orthopedics
- neuropsychology
- psychiatry
The new pain management physician must be able to perform basic interventional procedures, as well as work in the area of general pain management with the injured population.
The exact details of the position are negotiable and will be collaboratively decided between the practice and the physician.
The practice operates outpatient clinics, advanced imaging centers, and ambulatory surgery centers. In all settings, physicians are fully supported by dedicated clinical assistants and administrative staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Arizona medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified / Eligible, relevant field
- previous experience in pain management
- preferred backgrounds are PM&R, orthopedics, spine, etc.
