UPDATED AR we are looking provider for a 4/1 start since credentialing will take 60-90 days.
Provider will work 2 days per week in the outpatient surgery center next door and 3 days per week in the
clinic setting. All epidurals, facet injections, ablations, and other procedures are preformed at the surgery
center.
We do prefer candidates that can give full time availability.
Active FLURO is required. We will look at candidates that have the temp fluro in hand, please ensure that
documentation is uploaded.
