We are hiring a Pain Management Physician for a locum assignment in North Wisconsin for 3 month coverage!
Job details:
- Start: As soon as credentialled (End of September)
- Schedule: 2 weeks per month, flexible for 4 to 5 days per week, 8a-4p (flexible on time).
- Procedures: Spinal cord stimulation, radio-frequency ablation, injections
Patients a day: 15 - Act 10 is acceptable.
- EMR: EPIC
Job Requirements:
- Board Certification FM
- WI license (Or IMLC)
- DEA
- ACLS, BLS
- Clean Malpractice
- Local candidates preferred
