Private Interventional Pain Medicine practice located less than 40 minutes from downtown Austin is hiring an Interventional Pain physician. Compensation plan is production based, using an RVU model. An experienced physician will get a first-year guaranteed salary (amount based on experience) and be eligible for production bonuses. A graduating fellow will get a first-year guaranteed salary and go through an internal training fellowship for a year before being eligible for production bonuses.
Single Specialty Group Employee, Outpatient only. No Call. Annual Salary. WRVU production incentives. Signing Bonus available, contact us for details. Relocation Bonus possible. CME time available. All Physicians are employed and have an opportunity to participate as an investor/owner in the company's three ASC's. Most physicians earn between $600-700K with the most productive physician earning over $1.5 million annually. Practice encourages maximized production and has designed a model to encourage physicians to focus on interventional pain management services at the higher end of the acuity scale. First-year income is the greater of RVU production or the guarantee. After one year compensation is 100% driven by production. Typical surgical procedures performed in the practice include spinal cord stimulation, lumbar joint fusion, SI joint fusion.
