Permanent PM&R job in Southern Ohio on the north bank of the Ohio River
*Setting: Outpatient clinic
*Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm & Friday 8am - noon
*Call Schedule: 1:3 weekend coverage for inpatient unit (shared with inpatient Medical Director and Locum Physician)
*Staffing:
o Physician
o NP (PM&R)
o Neurologist
o NP (Neurology)
o PA (Neurology)
o 3 LPN
o 5 MA
o 1 Office Manager
*Caseload: 20-24 patients/day
*Office Procedures on Wednesday afternoons. Average volume 6-10
*Compensation range: $269,800 - $331,700 annually (2 year contract)
*Benefits::
- 4 weeks vacation/sick leave (29 PTO days)
- Additional 5 days when producing 75th percentile w/RVUs

- Medical School Loan Repayment: up to $200,00 ($25,000 per year for each year of service commitment)

- Residency stipend: up to $25,000 (requires up to 2 years service commitment)
- Excellent bonus incentives: up to 30% of salary
