OPEN POSITION:
Physician - Otolaryngologist
SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time or Part-Time
- Monday through Friday
- 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Surgeries Start at 7:00am
- No Nights or Weekends
FULL-TIME COMPENSATION:
- $275,000+ Annual Base Salary, dependent upon experience

The new physician will rotate between two office locations; sites and rotation schedule are negotiable.
COMPANY PROFILE:
This successful private practice has been operating in suburban Maryland since 1977 and, today, employs 5 physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, 1 physician assistant, and 5 audiologists. They provide state-of-the-art, compassionate care, with a dedication to providing high-quality otolaryngologic, audiologic, allergy care, and hearing aid services.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new physician will work in both outpatient and surgical capacities.
On clinic days, the physician will see 15 to 16 patients per day. On operating days, the physician will have 7 to 9 cases.
All surgical centers and hospitals are within a 15-minute drive of the outpatient offices.
Initially, the workload will be 25% surgical and 75% clinic. This split will gradually change to 45% surgical and 55% clinic.
In all settings, the physicians are fully supported by dedicated clinical assistants, nurses, surgical techs, etc.
The clinics use the AllScripts EHR.
The practice’s offerings include, but are not limited to:
- ear
- nose & mouth
- throat
- head & neck
- snoring & sleep apnea
- thyroid & parathyroid
- pediatric care
The on-call schedule is flexible/negotiable. It’s typically 1 weekend per month with occasional weeknights.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Maryland medical license
- DEA
- Board Certification or Eligibility, Otolaryngology
- no experience required; recent graduates are welcome to apply
