Health Center is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join two others in a well-established clinic. Our ENT group includes 4 physicians and 2 APPs. Of the physicians, two are among our most tenured physicians on the medical staff. One left to be closer to her children but did not have a good experience so she returned to SBL last year. One joined last year and specializes in laryngology. This specialty is always in high patient demand and the position has historically earned well over the median for efficient physicians.

• $600,000 + bonus based on RVU production
• $75,000 sign-on bonus
• $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
• Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning base salary)
• 33 days of time off
• 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
• 1:4 call
