This is a perfect opportunity for a board-certified / board eligible Otolaryngologist! This is a busy, well established 5 physician practice in need of two physicians due to an increased demand for services. TNE, balloon sinusplasty, fiberoptic laryngoscopy are all supported. This is a position with a well established, hospital supported specialty facility. The supporting hospital is a 344-bed community not-for-profit hospital serving the Central Alabama Region. Its services include cardiac, cancer, neurosciences, orthopedics, and women's and children's care, along with 24-hour emergency services. It ranks among the largest hospitals in Alabama and is widely recognized for providing excellence in care.
Call is shared 1:7.
Fair market compensation with a base salary starting in the $350,000 range and is guaranteed during the first two years along with a production bonus (wRvu). Relocation reimbursement is also included along with $3,000 PTO, CME allowance, license, dues, etc. Life, health and disability insurance with family coverage and dental insurance is optional.
