The facility is a non profit shared military/civilian hospital located in South Central New Mexico . The hospital and clinic provides services for 60,000 people plus.

The hospital-owned physician practices are treated as if the physician is the owner A Salary is negotiated based on MGMA figures which is paid to the physician monthly. At the end of the year , the physician receives 100% of the profits of the practice-as the physician would if he owned the practice. You will also receive a Sign on Bonu, Incentives, Benefits, Malpractice and CME and Relocation .
