--Board Certification required
--Active Florida license required
--Dates of Coverage needed: April 14-18, 19-21; 3 weeks per month ongoing
--Shift is 7AM-7AM; call can be taken from hotel, physician will not be in-house
--Daily patient volume: 15
--Average 1 trauma ENT per week; 3-5 calls for ENT per day
--Clean Background for quick privileges'
