-7AM June 3rd-7AM June 9th
-One week per month ongoing

Description/Requirements for Assignment #107676:
* Active Oregon license, Board Certification, BLS and ACLS
* Coverage: 24-hour call coverage one week per month ongoing.
* Critical access hospital. 3 OR's. Will cover as solo ENT while on call
* EMR EPIC
