A hospital in southern Maine has an opening for a skilled Otolaryngologist to provide ongoing locum coverage.
Opening Overview:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:45a-4p, 2 weeks per month
- Beeper call shifts required, clinic only
- Setting: Surgical center on Thursdays, clinic on remaining days
- Daily Volume: 20 patients in clinic, 5-7 surgeries in surgical center
- Patient Population: 70% adult, 30% pediatric
- Cases: General non-surgical and surgical ENT, bronchoscopies, laryngoscopies, septal and sinus procedures, extended parotidectomy, radical neck surgery
- Lab and x-ray onsite
- Support Staff: MA, patient service representative
- EMR: Cerner
- Board certification required
- Paid travel & expenses
