ENT Opening in TN Position Details: We are a Joint Commission-accredited, community-based hospital in Nashville, dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare to all segments of our community, including underserved populations. Responsibilities: Patient Care: Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with ENT conditions. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs. Perform diagnostic procedures, including endoscopies, audiometric tests, and allergy testing. Provide surgical interventions for conditions such as sinusitis, tonsillitis, and ear infections. Manage chronic ENT conditions, including hearing loss, nasal congestion, and throat disorders. Offer pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient education on procedures and recovery. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with primary care physicians, allergists, and audiologists to ensure coordinated patient care. Communicate effectively with patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions to optimize patient care. Clinical Research and Education: Engage in clinical research to advance the field of otolaryngology. Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in ENT medicine. Mentor and provide guidance to medical residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals. Qualifications: Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree. Training: Completion of an accredited residency in Otolaryngology. Board Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology. Experience: 2 years of experience in ENT preferred (new graduates with outstanding training will be considered). Skills: Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, proficiency in ENT procedures and surgeries, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
