Job Details:

• Board Certified/Eligible in ENT
• Monday-Friday Schedule (The exact schedule will be discussed during the intiial interview)
• Active Indiana license or in process
• Established practice affiliated with a hospital group
• The provider will be treating, Ear, Nose, & Throat related complications
