The ENT Specialist is responsible for diagnosing and treating conditions and diseases of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. This role involves both clinical and surgical work, as well as patient care, education, and collaboration with other medical professionals.

Job Responsibilities

The duties of the ENT Specialist are as follows:

* Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures.
* Perform physical examinations and medical history assessments of patients.
* Develop treatment plans and recommend appropriate interventions (e.g., medications, surgical procedures).
* Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, CT scans, and hearing tests.
* Perform surgeries on the head and neck, including those for the ear, nose, throat, and sinuses.
* Perform minor office-based procedures (e.g., endoscopy, ear tube insertion).
* Provide post-operative care and follow-up for surgical patients.

Qualifications

To be considered for employment as an ENT Specialist, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

* Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
* Completion of an accredited otolaryngology residency program

Office hours are M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM
