ENT Surgeon Opportunity | Up to $650,00 Potential Earnings
Location: Upstate New York in the scenic Adirondack region is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialist. This role offers an excellent balance of clinical and surgical responsibilities, competitive compensation, and significant growth opportunities in a high-demand area.Position Highlights
- Compensation Package:
- Base salary of $500,000 plus bonuses
- Total potential earnings up to $650,000 for a busy provider.
- Group-based productivity model with additional incentives.
- Bonuses & Support:
- $75,000 sign-on bonus.
- $10,000 relocation assistance.
- Workload & Schedule:
- Four-day workweek (Monday–Friday).
- Three days in outpatient clinic and one dedicated OR day.
- Approximately 24–28 patients per clinic day.
- Practice Environment:
- Join a collaborative team of two full-time ENT physicians and one full-time ENT APP.
- Co-located part-time audiologist in the clinic.
- Call Responsibilities:
- Shared ED and office call among providers.
- Overnight calls managed by a contracted tele-nocturnist service.
