Audiologist (Full-Time)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $120,000 Annually
  • Base salary of $75K+ (commensurate with experience)
  • Hearing aid incentive of about $25-$35K per year on top of base pay.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in audiology or speech-language pathology from an accredited program, or a doctoral degree (Au.D.) in audiology from an accredited institution.
• Clinical Training: Complete 400 hours of supervised clinical training as part of your educational program.
• Clinical Experience: Minimum nine months of supervised clinical experience under a licensed audiologist or speech-language pathologist.
• Exams: Pass the Praxis exam or obtain an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Secure a hearing aid specialist license.
• Skills: Strong concentration, critical thinking, and excellent communication.
