Status: Full Time, Employed
Schedule: Traditional work week, M-F with a minimum of 32 hours of patient contact time plus possible hospital consults and rounding.
ED Call: After hours ENT and facial trauma call shared with other eligible members of ENT provider community.

Practice Highlights: Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 650+ provider multispecialty group seeking a board certified, or board eligible Otolaryngologist committed to a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care. This practice is well-established and is looking for an additional Provider to join the team. The Saint Alphonsus ENT Clinic promotes collaboration with a team of specialists to include comprehensive rehabilitation services. The ENT practice provides a full range of general pediatric and adult ENT services, allergy, head & neck, full audiology, speech therapy & voice analysis, video stroboscope, rhinology, and laryngology services.
Support: Join a high volume, varied surgical practice with two experienced ENT physicians, two advanced practice providers, and audiology services at two locations. The program has busy practices in Boise and in Nampa and will be expanding into Caldwell and Meridian in the coming years. Surgeries are performed in both the hospital and ASC setting.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree;
- Board certification in Otolaryngology or obtain certification within 3 years;
- Head & Neck or Otology Fellowship training preferred; other specialization considered including a general practice scope;
- Obtain Idaho medical licensure and granting of privileges at SAMC- Boise/Nampa and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed;
- Valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
