Join a well-established and thriving private Otolaryngology (ENT) practice located near Franklin, VA. The Physician Assistant (PA) will work alongside a team of experienced Otolaryngologists and medical professionals to provide comprehensive ENT care to a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care: Assist in evaluating, diagnosing, and managing conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.

Patient Consultations: Conduct thorough patient histories and physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Procedural Assistance: Support physicians during in-office procedures and surgical cases.

Treatment Management: Perform minor procedures, including ear cleaning, nasal packing, suturing, and biopsies as appropriate.

Post-Operative Care: Monitor patient recovery, manage follow-up visits, and address post-procedural concerns.

Patient Education: Counsel patients on treatment plans, procedures, medications, and preventive care.

Documentation: Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely electronic medical records (EMR).

Collaboration: Work closely with the physicians, nurses, audiologists, and other clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program.

Board Certification (NCCPA) or eligibility required.

Valid Virginia PA license (or ability to obtain prior to start date).

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
