**Otolaryngology Opening in Grand Rapids, MI** Join a collegial and dedicated team within a well-established tertiary/quaternary health system, consisting of 8 physicians, 10 advanced practice providers (APPs), and 10 audiologists. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside fellowship-trained Head & Neck Surgeons and specialists in Complex Pediatric ENT. **Position Details** - Established patient base available - 80% outpatient, 20% inpatient work distribution - Weekday call (own patients); Weekend call rotation is 1:10; ER call is 1:14 - Robust referral network to support practice growth - Interest in Otology preferred, but not mandatory - Provides quality, cost-effective medical care, including assessment and monitoring of patient needs. - Participates in policy and procedure development to enhance medical practice and patient care. - Oversees APPs and other healthcare staff involved in delegated patient care services. - Develops and implements patient education strategies and documents according to regulatory standards. - Ensures continuity and coordination of care through effective communication with the healthcare team. - Engages in process improvement initiatives, including clinical paths and related activities to support quality improvement. - This position is ideal for an Otolaryngologist seeking a balanced practice environment with a mix of outpatient and inpatient duties, a strong support team, and opportunities for professional development within a high-quality health system. **Position Requirements** - BE/BC in General ENT - Licensed to practice in Michigan (MD or DO) - DEA registration in Michigan - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 120 days (AHA or ARC accepted) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred if required by specialty
