An independent not-for-profit community-owned hospital in Minnesota (MN) seeks an ENT/Otolaryngologist to join their mission-driven and collegial team.
Position Highlights:
• 4-day work week
• Outpatient only
• No call
• EMR - EPIC
• J1 and H1B Visa Sponsorship Available
Compensation Highlights:
• Industry leading compensation
• Sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance up to $20,000
• Residency/Fellowship Stipend of $4,000 per month for the remainder of training
• Retention bonus
• Comprehensive benefits package including 2 weeks for CME and a $10,000 CME stipend and a 5.5% retirement match
• Student loan repayment of 36K per year and PSLF eligible
