**Position:** ENT Generalist Physician
- **Location:** Lexington, NC - Winston-Salem 20m
- Full-time, permanent position
**Responsibilities:**
- Diagnose and manage complex disorders in both adult and pediatric patients.
- Specialized expertise in various ENT and head and neck conditions, including sinusitis, nasal surgery, ear surgery, facial plastics, head and neck cancer, laryngology, pediatric ENT conditions, and more.
- Perform procedures at Lexington Medical Center owned and operated by Wake Forest.
**Schedule:**
- Operating hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- Physicians maintain a 4.5-day workweek schedule.
- Call shared covering ENT and practice call (no trauma call).

**Physician Requirements:**
- Graduation from an accredited medical school (M.D./D.O.).
- Successful completion of residency at an accredited healthcare institution.
- Current North Carolina Medical Board Medical License (M.D./D.O.).
- Board certification in primary care or related field.
- Current American Heart Association or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration for prescription writing.
