FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Four day work week (with one admin day) Anticipated call 1:5 with one weekend per month

- Ear, Nose and Throat
- Audiometric testing with Audiologist office
- Head and neck surgery
- Facial plastics and reconstructive surgery
