ENT opening in Tennessee - Located in Oak Ridge, TN - Knoxville 25m; Nashville 162m - Full time, permanent openings - Join four full-time, board-certified General Otolaryngologists (anticipated replacement for retiring senior partner), one NP and five full-time audiologists - Thriving practice with established referral pattern means immediate productive schedule - Interest and experience in otology, facial plastics or sleep medicine is a plus - Anticipated ER Call Coverage 1:4 for one hospital, with no facial trauma - Adult and pediatric referrals - Ancillary services include: in-office surgery suite, allergy, in-office CT scanner, balance center and hearing aids - Thriving in-house Allergy Department offers SCIT and SLIT Compensation and Benefits: - Competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines guaranteed for the first year - Productivity bonus - Earning potential of $400,000-$800,000 - Sign-on and relocation bonus - Ability to earn partnership within first 12 months - Opportunity for surgery center buy-in - No buy-in for ancillary services - Comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision and 401(k) with generous match - Malpractice insurance - Four weeks paid time off first year - CME allowance About Oak Ridge, TN Located just outside of Knoxville, Oak Ridge offers the charm and warmth of a small town with the conveniences and amenities not usually found in a city its size.
