- Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified, trauma level 2, and PEDs level 2 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. In need of 7-10 days of coverage per month. Need is for clinic and call coverage. The schedule for clinic is 8A-5P and call is 1:4. There are an average of 14-18 patients per shift.
