Dates of Coverage:
--Monday through Friday, 8A-5P
--One week per month
--Call is 2-3 days a week with weekend coverage

Assignment Details #102198:
--Board Certified or Board Eligible is required
--Active Iowa license is required
--Fellowship training required
--Clinic provider daily volume: 24
--Adult & Pediatric patients
--Five Physicians, Nursing Support 1:1
--Two to three exam rooms per provider, lab and pharmacy onsite
--EMR: Allscripts and Cerner
