Facility in Clive, IA seeking ENT locums coverage

Rates: $300/hr

Schedule:

• Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

• On Call: 2-3 days a week with some weekend coverage, especially during the week of ENT coverage.

• One week per month of coverage needed.

Details:

• Inpatient Responsibilities: Yes

• Patient Care Responsibilities: Clinic and procedure areas, as well as call coverage.

• Physicians in Practice: 5.

• Advanced Practice Providers: 1 (no APP supervision required).

• Nursing Support: 1 nurse per physician.

• Ancillary Support: 1.8 per provider.

• Services/Procedures: Comprehensive ENT procedures for adults and pediatric patients.

Census/Volume:

• Clinic Volume: 24 patients per day.

• Appointment Length: 10 minutes per appointment.

• Patient Demography: Adults and pediatrics.

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in ENT – Required.

• Fellowship Trained – Required.
