- ASAP – Ongoing
- 2025 Dates TBD
- Practice Setting: Hospital based
- Average Number of Cases Per Day: 6
- Annual ER Volume: 2
- EMR: EPIC
- Patient Age Demographic: All
- Percentage of Practice is Trauma, Hospital Based, Clinic Based, Surgical, Non-Surgical: 10%
- Surgical Procedures Required:
- Thyroidectomy
- Extended Parotidectomy
- General Surgical Otolaryngology Requirements:
- Tonsillectomy
- Adenoidectomy
- PE Tube
- General Non-Surgical Otolaryngology Requirements:
- Hearing Evaluation
- Eval and Manage Disorders Involving Ears, Nose, Throat and Skeletal Facial Structures
- Endoscopic Procedures Required:
- Septal
- Sinus
- Bronchoscopy – Flexible
- Bronchoscopy – Rigid
- Laryngoscopy
- Facial Surgery Procedures Required:
- Rhinoplasty
- Facial Fractures
- Skin Grafts/Flaps
- Board Certified – Required
- Active VA License – Required
- DEA, BLS, ACLS – Required
