  • What Percentage of Practice is Trauma, Hospital Based, Clinic Based, Surgical, Non-Surgical: 10%
• Surgical Procedures Required: Thyroidectomy, Extended Parotidectomy

• General Surgical Otolaryngology Requirements: Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy, PE Tube

• General Non-Surgical Otolaryngology Requirements: Hearing Evaluation, Eval and Manage Disorders Involving Ears, Nose, Throat and Skeletal Facial Structures
• Endoscopic Procedures Required: Septal, Sinus, Bronchoscopy - Flexible, Bronchoscopy - Rigid, Laryngoscopy
• Facial Surgery Procedures Required: Rhinoplasty, Facial Fractures, Skin Grafts/Flaps

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

• Board Certified - Required
• Active VA license & DEA - Required, no exceptions - will NOT accept those willing to obtain
• BLS/ACLS Certified - Required
• Fellowship Trained - HIGHLY PREFERRED
