**Position Details:**
- Full-time, permanent position 
- Excellent opportunity for a board-certified ENT to join a thriving practice in Lakeland, Florida.
- 220+ physician-owned, multi-specialty group is looking for a high-quality, patient centered, team player to join 3 other ENTs in this high-volume practice.
- The Clinic provides a broad range of ENT services, including speech and audiology services.
- Extensive in-house lab and radiology services such as MRI, CT, and PET and DaVinci robot at the hospital.
- Ambulatory surgery center and 864-bed hospital located 2 blocks from the Main Clinic.
- Guaranteed salary plus bonus with transition to a compensation based on productivity after the first year.
