St. Joseph’s University Medical Center is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join the Division of Otolaryngology within the Department of Surgery. Offering comprehensive, sophisticated diagnostic and treatment services, St. Joseph’s University Medical Center is based in Paterson, NJ, and is part of St. Joseph’s Health. The health system has been sponsored since 1867 by its founders: the Sisters of Charity of Saint Elizabeth. Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining outpatient Otolaryngology office hours
- Participation in outpatient Otolaryngology Community Medicine clinic
- Participation in General ENT ED/hospital call, including pediatrics
- Teaching and precepting surgical residents and medical students on their ENT rotations
- Provide didactic instruction on ENT topics to residents and medical students
- Conduct research and quality improvement projects for the Department of Surgery
Qualifications
- M.D./D.O. who is Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program
- Medical license to practice in the State of New Jersey
