Our client is a leading outpatient healthcare provider, committed to offering specialized care in a patient-friendly environment. Their practice is dedicated to diagnosing and treating ear, nose, and throat (ENT) conditions with a focus on innovative treatment approaches and comprehensive patient care. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a variety of ENT conditions, including sinus issues, hearing loss, tonsillitis, sleep apnea, allergies, and balance disorders.
- Perform in-office procedures and outpatient surgeries as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including audiologists and speech-language pathologists, for integrated care.
- Provide patient education on treatment options, preventive care, and lifestyle changes.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records using the latest EMR systems.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in ENT treatment and participate in continuing education and professional development.
- Contribute to practice growth and development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology.
- Valid state medical license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong clinical and surgical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Dedication to professional development and patient education.
Please note- The annual base salary range is $200k to $400k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
