Are you ready to join a top-tier healthcare team in a thriving community? We are seeking a dedicated Otolaryngologist to join a well-established practice with minimal ramp-up time—patients are waiting 3-6 months to be seen. Enjoy a 4-day workweek and a supportive environment where collaboration with an experienced ENT and leadership fosters professional growth. This is your chance to create a custom clinic and OR schedule with access to an on-site ambulatory surgery center (ASC). Plus, with strong ties to oncology and radiation oncology for head and neck cancers, you’ll have a multidisciplinary team at your side.

Position Highlights:

  • Minimal ramp-up with a 3-6 month patient waitlist
  • 4-day workweek with 1:4 call rotation
  • Mentorship and collaboration with an experienced ENT and a multidisciplinary team, including APPs, audiologists, and speech pathologists
  • Surgery scheduling flexibility with an on-site ASC
  • Independent, not-for-profit health system with 380+ physicians
  • Competitive base salary plus wRVU bonus, with providers in the 80th percentile
  • Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSA, and 8 weeks PTO
  • Malpractice coverage with tail, loan repayment, and forgiveness options
  • $70M investment in EPIC EMR, J1 & H1b visa waivers available
